By accessing and using the services of FinlandQ Tmi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or consulting services.
### 2. Relocation & Placement Consultancy
FinlandQ provides advisory and support services for relocation, high school (Lukio), vocational (Amis), and higher education placements in Finland. While we offer meticulous assistance and guidance, the final admission decisions and residence permit grants rest solely with the respective Finnish educational institutions and the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri).
### 3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing authentic, complete, and accurate academic transcripts, identification, financial records, and other requested documentation on time. Any delay, misrepresentation, or omission might result in application denials or cancellations.
### 4. Payments and Refund Policies
All fees for consultancy, advisory sessions, or document processing are managed securely. Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by the package-specific agreements signed during intake.
