Having grown up in Tehran and built his career across Sweden and Finland, he understands first-hand that borders are often only mental. He founded FinlandQ and Caravantures to turn that belief into a global movement—helping founders, investors, and talents grow beyond geography.
As a prominent voice in the Finnish ecosystem, Ebra acts as a bridge between Nordic innovation and emerging markets. His expertise in internationalization, fundraising, and strategic growth has facilitated numerous startup successes, from seed stage to Series B. As the founder of Caravantures and FinlandQ, Pouya is dedicated to bridging the gap between global talent and the Finnish ecosystem. Having co-founded and led development teams for numerous successful applications, he now focuses on empowering the next generation of innovators. Through mentorship and strategic investment, he helps founders refine their vision, achieve market fit, and build scalable businesses that thrive across borders.
